Cricket at Strathmore
Est. 1971 Over 50 Years

From Social Mates to Community Powerhouse

The Strathmore Cricket Club was founded in 1971 by a group of mates keen to enjoy a game of social cricket. What began as a casual gathering has grown into one of the most vibrant community cricket clubs in Melbourne's north.

Today, the club serves over 300 families and operates comprehensive junior and senior cricket programs within the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association (VSDCA).

The Club prides itself on creating an environment where junior and senior cricketers can learn and develop their skills. Our track record of developing players who go on to premier cricket competitions speaks to the quality of our programs and coaching.

A Proud Community Club.
The Club of Choice.

We strive to be the premier community cricket club in Melbourne's north, recognised for our commitment to excellence, inclusion, and the development of cricketers at every level.

Developing Players,

More Than Just Cricket

Strathmore CC is the sister organisation to Strathmore Football Club, operating together under the Strathmore Sports Club umbrella. This partnership strengthens our community ties and provides year-round sporting opportunities.

We draw members from families across the Strathmore area and surrounding regions, with connections to multiple local primary and secondary schools.

Our clubrooms are also available for hire, making us a true community hub beyond the cricket season.
